KM2 Solutions to Create 1,000 New Jobs in Saint Lucia
Invest Saint Lucia is pleased to support the continued growth of KM² Solutions as the company embarks on a major expansion in Saint Lucia. Work is underway at Orange Grove Plaza in Bois d’Orange, Gros Islet and this new, modern contact centre is expected to generate 1,000 new job opportunities for Saint Lucians, marking a significant boost to the local outsourcing sector.
“The Government of Saint Lucia welcomes this major investment by KM² Solutions, the creation of 1,000 new jobs at this state-of-the-art facility is a clear demonstration of investor confidence in our people, our business environment, and our future. We are proud to support initiatives that empower Saint Lucians and strengthen our position in the global outsourcing sector,” expressed Honourable Dr. Ernest Hilaire, Minister for Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture and Information.
The new facility spans over 40,000 square feet and will feature 850 fully outfitted workstations, dedicated training and development spaces, and conference rooms designed for collaboration and innovation. This latest investment underscores KM² Solutions’ long-standing presence in Saint Lucia, which began over 20 years ago. With existing sites in Union and Massade, the addition of the Bois d’Orange location brings the company’s local footprint to three centres, supporting a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees.
“This expansion is a direct result of the exceptional talent and commitment we continue to see here in Saint Lucia. We’re proud to deepen our roots and offer even more opportunities to the local workforce.” – Marvin Bartholomew, Senior Vice President, Eastern Caribbean Operations and Site Director, KM² Solutions, St. Lucia
Alana Lansiquot, Senior Manager – Investment and Promotion, Invest Saint Lucia stated that “KM² could have expanded in any of their international locations, but they chose Saint Lucia. That decision speaks volumes about the value we offer as a competitive, talent-rich destination. We are proud to support their growth and contribute to inclusive economic development.”
This expansion is the result of strong collaboration between KM² Solutions, Invest Saint Lucia, and various arms of government. Throughout the process, Invest Saint Lucia provided key support with site selection and development, ensuring the project aligned with broader national development goals.
“This investment will deliver long-term benefits for our communities and enhances Saint Lucia’s position in the global outsourcing arena,” – Octavian Charles, Chief Executive Officer, Invest Saint Lucia
This expansion also reflects both the strength of Saint Lucia’s workforce and the growing demand from U.S. clients for reliable, nearshore business services. The facility will be brought online in three phases, beginning with the creation of 300 jobs in August 2025.
David Kreiss, President and CEO, KM² Solutions expressed that “Saint Lucia has played a foundational role in our journey. Our continued investment here is a reflection of both our confidence in the island’s people and the trust our clients place in KM² to deliver consistent, high-quality service.”
